Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Bestchoiceestate, hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”, and the clients engaging in real estate services, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”. By engaging in any services offered by the Agency, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
The Agency provides a range of real estate services including but not limited to property sales, property leasing, property management, and real estate consulting.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their real estate needs and preferences.
- The Client agrees to cooperate with the Agency in a timely manner and provide any necessary documentation or information required for the provision of services.
- The Client acknowledges that the Agency may represent other clients with similar or conflicting interests, and the Agency will act in a fair and professional manner to all parties involved.
4. Agency Responsibilities
- The Agency agrees to act in the best interests of the Client and to provide professional and ethical real estate services.
- The Agency will use its best efforts to market and represent the Client’s property effectively, but makes no guarantees regarding the sale or lease of any property.
- The Agency will keep the Client informed of any developments or changes in the real estate market that may affect their property or real estate decisions.
5. Fees and Payments
- The Client agrees to pay the Agency’s fees and commissions as outlined in the agreement between the parties.
- Fees and commissions are payable upon the successful sale or lease of a property, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The Client agrees to reimburse the Agency for any expenses incurred on their behalf, such as advertising or marketing expenses.
6. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice to the other party.
- Upon termination, any outstanding fees or expenses owed to the Agency must be settled within a reasonable period as specified by the Agency.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Agency shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the Client’s use of its services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency from any claims or liabilities arising from the Client’s actions or omissions.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
