These terms and conditions apply to the use of the online platform Bestchoiceestate, hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”, which allows users to buy, sell or rent real estate. The Platform only provides a digital marketplace for these transactions and is not involved in the actual agreements between the parties.

The Platform acts solely as an intermediary that brings parties into contact with each other, without any involvement in the content, conditions or execution of the transaction.
2.2 Responsibility of the Users: All users of the Platform are fully responsible for their own actions and decisions when buying, selling or renting real estate. The Platform cannot provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or legal validity of the information provided by the users.
2.3 No control or approval: The Platform has no control over the content of the properties offered and offers no guarantees about the quality, condition, legality or availability of the property. The Platform does not perform due diligence for or check any of the parties entering into a transaction.
- Use of the Platform
3.1 Registration: Users must register to access the Platform’s services. By registering, users agree to these general terms and conditions.
3.2 Responsibility for information: Users are responsible for providing truthful and complete information regarding the property they are offering or searching for. The Platform reserves the right to remove accounts that contain incorrect, misleading or illegal information without notice.
3.3 No mediation: The Platform does not mediate in negotiations or in the conclusion of agreements between users. The agreement is only concluded between the buyer and seller, tenant and landlord, without the Platform being a party to this.
- Payments and Transactions
4.1 No involvement in payments: The Platform is not involved in the financial transactions between users. All payments must be settled directly between the parties. The Platform does not provide a payment system and cannot be held responsible for payment problems or disputes between the parties.
